Word's Getting Out: Presidents and Athletes

Presidents

Bill Clinton, one of our most famous presidents, has been talking extensively about the benefits of a plant-based diet especially in treating his heart disease.  I mean that man says the difference is night and day.  He feels better than he did when he was a young buck.  I will let you see for yourself:  President Clinton on Piers Morgan Tonight

Athletes

Lance Armstrong, seven-time winner of the Tour de France, is giving the Engine 2 Diet a try.  The Engine 2 Diet describes the particularly positive impact of a plant-based diet on the firefighters of Engine 2 in Austin, Texas.

Steve Nash, former basketball great, tweeted, "If you know anyone with cancer, diabetes, hypertension or obesity, watch Forks Over Knives. Be a part of this healthy movement".

Tim Bradley, the boxer who just beat Pac-Man, says a vegan diet was CRUCIAL in his preparation for his domination of Manny Pacquaio.  Yes, I know everyone disagrees with the ruling but he still held is own.  You can give him that.  I definitely had a video to share with you all but it mysteriously disappeared from ESPN. An article should suffice.

Venus and Serena Williams have recently gone full on bird food eating as of last year.  The change was made by Venus initially upon receiving a diagnosis of Sjorgen's Disease.

Troy Polamalu, professional safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers, tweeted and facebooked Fork Over Knives as his Movie of the Week.

Tony Gonzales, a football player and bird food eater, said, "Forks over Knives is a must see film that shows convincingly how plant foods can be at the center of a health revolution".

Thank you for reading.  My people, I appreciate you all so much.  Be healthy and happy.  Ciao!
